Raymond E. Jeffs, whose CPA office is in Hampton, New Hampshire, is affiliated with Cornerstone Investment Services, LLC, offering securities through Cantella & Co., Inc. He holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as NH Life & Variable Contracts and FL Life & Variable Annuities licenses. Ray has been a Certified Public Accountant for twenty years and has run his own CPA practice since 1993. Since becoming affiliated with Cornerstone in 2006, he believes he has access to the best platform to provide investment advisory services to help his clients. He provides a full range of financial and tax services to clients, some of which are tax preparation, estate planning, business development consulting, and investment management. This diversity of services allows Ray to have a complete picture of clients’ financial situations and therefore be the only financial advisor they need.

Strategic Planning is a hallmark of Ray’s investment philosophy and his accounting business. He is not merely a numerical historian; he uses what happened last year to learn, adapt, and plan for next year’s activities and goals. In addition to this approach to financial planning, he enjoys teaching clients as much as they care to know about accounting, taxes and tax planning so they understand their finances and can make wise financial decisions. Ray has four key industries that represent the majority of his work: dentists, restaurants, manufacturing (including machine shops), and construction contractors. One of his specialties in the financial industry is that he enjoys working with startup businesses by assisting with developing a business plan, setting up an appropriate entity, and providing training in the use of QuickBooks accounting software. He helps owners of closely held businesses create personal wealth by minimizing the taxes they pay and maximizing the effective growth of their business.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ray has been married for 26 years to Carol Sears Jeffs and they have two adult children. He is actively involved in many associations and church groups including the men’s ministry, small group ministry for couples, the United States Air Force Academy Association of Graduates, Air Force Association, American Legion Post 35 of Hampton, NH, and the NH Society of Certified Public Accountants.
